25th. Sunday after Pentecost - "I will fulfil My Good Promise"

This week we are joined by Mark Simpfendorfer, who is sharing a message based on Jeremiah 29:4-14. This passage reminds us that God keeps his promises to those who love him. Promises are not always easy to keep, and the Bible shows us many ways God's people do things which hurt God's heart. Perhaps you have been struggling to keep a promise you have made. Perhaps someone has hurt you, and God's command to 'love as I have loved you' suddenly seems just too hard to bear. In Jeremiah, God reminds us that if we seek him with our whole heart, he will be found by us. He will gather us into his family once more. May you know his love and good promises as you journey through this week.
